When can we help?

Every decision reaches the owner

Teams wait for your decisions to move forward. Responsibilities, approvals and decisions that can be made at each level need clarifying.

The same bottlenecks keep returning

Cases wait, information gets lost or several people repeat the same work. The process needs to be examined as a whole.

Your business is scaling

A new team, more requests or new tools make established habits less suitable. Priorities need to reflect available capacity.

What the diagnostic should help you decide

An organisational diagnostic examines roles, processes and information to identify what slows work down. Its scope and deliverables are agreed before the engagement.

A shared diagnostic

An account of observed work, bottlenecks and possible causes to check, supported by examples from your business.

A prioritised action plan

Actions ordered by usefulness, feasibility and dependencies, with owners, dates to agree and decisions required.

Practical measures for follow-up

A few indicators tied to the original problem, a data source and a review schedule to adjust actions.

Example: customer requests remain unassigned

An illustrative scenario, not a claimed client result: a request moves between several people and nobody knows who should take it forward.

Observe

Trace several requests and identify where they wait, without assigning a cause before the analysis.

Organise

Define an owner at each step, information to pass on and an approval route, then test the arrangement within a limited scope.

Check

Track requests without an owner, time to first handling and rework to see what improves and what still needs correcting.

How does the engagement work?

  1. Define the scope

Clarify your objective, the teams involved, available information and what would make the engagement useful.

  2. Understand actual work

Speak with the people involved, follow representative cases and examine steps, waiting points and handovers.

  3. Decide and review actions

Discuss findings with you, select an initial priority and define AIBS’s implementation role within the agreed scope.

What determines the budget for consulting?

Budget depends on the scope examined, people involved, data to analyse and support planned after the diagnostic.

Scope
One specific process or several departments, the number of locations and people to meet.
Analysis
Observations, available documents and workshops needed to understand and validate findings.
Implementation
Findings alone, help launching actions or regular follow-up, distinguished in the proposal.

Your consulting questions

Do we need to know the cause of the problem already?

No. Describe the difficulties and provide examples. The diagnostic helps separate symptoms, possible causes and points to check before deciding.

What do we receive at the end of the diagnostic?

The proposal specifies deliverables: findings, process maps where useful, priorities, an action plan and indicators. Format and level of detail are agreed before the engagement.

Does consulting include implementation?

It can, but it must be included in the scope. Actions assigned to AIBS, those owned by your teams and approval points are defined together.

Will we need to change our software?

Not necessarily. A role, approval or working-method issue can sometimes be addressed with current tools. Digital changes are considered when they meet an identified need.

How much time will our team need to contribute?

It depends on the topic and people involved. We specify the interviews, documents, workshops and schedule before starting.

How can we assess whether the engagement helps?

Choose criteria tied to the initial problem and observe changes: pending cases, rework, delays or clarity of responsibilities. Outcomes also depend on implementation; no numerical improvement is guaranteed.

What is slowing down your organisation today?

Tell us about your business, a recurring difficulty and the people involved. We can define the topic to examine together.
