Data used and purposes
Contact enquiries
Name, email, message and company if supplied. This data is used to answer the enquiry and prepare the requested pre-contractual discussions.
Client relationship management
Business contact details, correspondence, information needed for the assignment and contractual or billing records. Processing relates to delivering the service and associated legal obligations.
Security and operation
Hosting and request handling may involve an IP address, date, time and technical browser information. The form limits repeated attempts using a temporary technical identifier; its code does not log message contents.
Access and tracking tools
Within AIBS, Youssef AFAILAL is the only person authorised to review enquiries. Business email uses Google Workspace. Enquiries are tracked by email and in the CRM; spreadsheets may also be used. Technical providers process information as needed to supply their services.
Retention and deletion
Unanswered enquiries or enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are retained for 30 days from the first contact attempt, then deleted. Later exchanges do not restart this period. Active client files follow service needs; contracts, invoices and supporting records are kept for the statutory periods applicable to their category. Cookies, technical logs and provider backups have separate rules to verify.
Marketing communications
AIBS plans newsletters and marketing communications. This is separate from replying to a contact enquiry: submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Subscription and unsubscribe arrangements must be in place before campaigns launch. You can communicate your objection to y.afailal@aibs.ma.
Providers and transfers
Vercel hosts the website and Google Workspace provides business email. These providers may use infrastructure outside Morocco. Processing locations, CRM and spreadsheet providers, and applicable safeguards and formalities must be specified according to the accounts and contracts actually used.
Access, correction and objection
You can write to y.afailal@aibs.ma to request access to your data, correction or to exercise your right to object under Moroccan Law 09-08. Describe your request and provide enough information to locate your correspondence. Identity verification may be needed. You may also contact the CNDP.
