Purpose of the website
The aibs.ma website presents AI Business Solutions services, expertise, articles and prototypes. It allows businesses in Morocco to explore available support and contact AIBS. Browsing the website does not itself create a service contract.
Content, simulator and prototypes
Articles provide general information. The simulator suggests an approach based on selected answers. Prototypes illustrate interfaces and workflows; their display does not guarantee every feature is available in a final offer. Service scope, budget and timelines are specified in a separate proposal.
Using the website
Use forms and demonstrations for their intended purpose. Do not submit third-party data without permission, passwords or confidential information unnecessary to your enquiry. Unauthorised access attempts, disruption of the site and abusive messaging are not permitted.
Content and third-party rights
AIBS is responsible for its own content. Reproduction or use beyond what the law permits requires the rights holder’s agreement. Credited photographs and third-party brands remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences. Credits appear in the legal information.
Availability and external links
The website may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. If information appears inaccurate, contact AIBS to check it. External links lead to services governed by their own terms. These provisions do not remove rights granted to you by law.
Applicable law and enquiries
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, subject to applicable mandatory provisions. For a question or complaint about the website, write to y.afailal@aibs.ma to seek a resolution. The terms of a service engagement are covered by the agreement for that engagement.
Enquiries addressed to AIBS
The form lets you prepare an enquiry and edit it before sending. Depending on service availability, you can send it directly or open your email app. Any service engagement is discussed and covered by a separate proposal.
