When you contact us
The form asks for your name, email, message and optionally your company. When direct sending is available, this information is sent to the website server and then to the configured email service, addressed to y.afailal@aibs.ma. Your email allows AIBS to reply.
If direct sending is unavailable or cannot be confirmed, your text stays in the form and you can choose to open your email app, where you confirm sending. The form does not save your fields in browser local storage; reloading may erase your input.
Why we use your information
Information you provide helps us understand your needs, reply and prepare potential support. Your name, email and message are required to submit the form; your company name is optional. Avoid including sensitive information unnecessarily.
Who can access enquiries?
Within AIBS, Youssef AFAILAL is the only person authorised to review enquiries. Business email uses Google Workspace. Enquiries are tracked by email and in the CRM; spreadsheets may also be used. Technical providers process information as needed to supply their services.
Retention periods
Unanswered enquiries or enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are retained for 30 days from the first contact attempt, then deleted. Later exchanges do not restart this period. Active client files follow service needs; contracts, invoices and supporting records are kept for the statutory periods applicable to their category. Cookies, technical logs and provider backups have separate rules to verify.
Newsletters and marketing communications
AIBS plans newsletters and marketing communications. This is separate from replying to a contact enquiry: submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Subscription and unsubscribe arrangements must be in place before campaigns launch. You can communicate your objection to y.afailal@aibs.ma.
Hosting and external services
Vercel hosts the website and Google Workspace provides business email. These providers may use infrastructure outside Morocco. Processing locations, CRM and spreadsheet providers, and applicable safeguards and formalities must be specified according to the accounts and contracts actually used.
When you use the simulator
Simulator answers are used on the page to display guidance. The simulator does not send them to AIBS, and they reset when you reload the page.
Cookies and audience measurement
AIBS reports using the following services. The website loads a Google Tag Manager container. Published tags, cookies actually set and their durations depend on the configuration of these services.

The precise data categories, durations and choice mechanism remain to be checked in the relevant accounts. This notice does not establish a consent mechanism: the current code loads Google Tag Manager when the site opens. You may write to us about these processing activities.
Access, correction and objection
You can write to y.afailal@aibs.ma to request access to your data, correction or to exercise your right to object under Moroccan Law 09-08. Describe your request and provide enough information to locate your correspondence. Identity verification may be needed. You may also contact the CNDP.
